It's pretty much always an up charge. You have the few girls who do it regularly and will have it built into their standard rate. But that's not very common. Also even if a girl offers it, it is dependent on your size and the elasticity of that girls b hole. Mostly upcharge but just depends on the girl. I have found that you're most likely to get it if it's an upcharge. And it's most likely bait and switch for girls that just mention it like it's inclusive of the regular rates. Not saying all girls but it's just my experience for the most part.
