I agree to a certain extent but the marketwise go from a sellers market to a buyers market and I have seen very few providers that won't pass up a reasonable offer. I think the really high priced providers that charge more than a divorce attorney per hour will have no choice but to drop their rates unless they have regulars that continue to feed their habit.
