I googled the phone number in the ad and nothing hobby related showed up in the search results. To me, no results = very risky.

Since there are no reviews and no matches to the phone number, you could literally encounter anybody when you show up. (Well, not really anybody because it won't be me).

What exactly do I mean by very risky?

Depending on the location, it might be the police. Hmmm, Tysons. Not a hot spot that I know of, so it's probably not the police. But it could be!!
