I haven't seen Alex SFV, but between Heather and Allycat I'd definitely choose Ally. She's much more into it, loves to bbj and rim and take the first pop cim. BBFS (ass or vag) is automatic whereas Heather is an upgrade and you have to bring it up. At least that was my experience.
