I tell these girls that are walking around with dope / paraphernalia, that they are risking turning a misdemeanor into a felony. A pipe with residue, is cocaine possession. And there's no such thing as misdemeanor cocaine possession in Florida. They get in a car with an undercover and take a soliciting bust, no big deal. They do it with drugs or dirty pipes. Big deal. When I was "In the trade", if you left the house holding, you were taking all your stuff with you (because that puts the house at risk too).

And it really is sad. I've had this convo with "Help me Howard" (used to be a friend, before he got all full of himself). There are literally thousands of felons in Florida, for simply having a pipe (or syringe) with detectable residue. And they just can't get the legislature to change the law.

At any rate, you're going to do, what you're going to do.
