Green Garden is the AMP in Albany that I have visited the most often. (I usually am visiting town without the benefit of my own car.) It is a short walk from the downtown hotels. Having spent quality time at AMPs and a few non-AMPs over the years, here's how I go about ensuring that the technician and I will consummate our relationship:
