I was there fairly recently maybe a week or so ago. And Jessica was still working there. I'm not sure who else is on the lineup. Jessica had mentioned to me that it was under new ownership, no longer owned by the same person at soft bay. Maybe they just got around to changing their name. As for asking for what you want, that's incriminating. If you drop the right amount of money, they'll offer. Nod, and off you'll go. You can always say you misunderstood.

The only thing I agree with is to trust your gut and walk in a heartbeat, leaving the money behind, if something seems off.

Statistically, AMPing is quite safe as long as you're smart.

The first time, I was on foot and played dumb and said you look familiar to the 3 of them, and one explained in broken English they do massage and pointed up and down Roosevelt.
