Go to a Planned Parenthood near you. Everyone knows of them as the abortion clinic but they have very quick and easy services set up for STD testing as well. Last time I got tested I made an appointment there at lunch, paid like $60 and they run a full test for every STD out there and give you a piece of paper saying you're clean (or dirty I guess) all within an hour. Everyone in there is either there for some type of birth control or STD test so it's not like you have to sit in the waiting office next to a mother and her kids that have a cold.

It would be quite rare for STD symptoms to come forth so quickly. It is every bit as likely that you had already caught a bug of some kind (not necessarily anything to do with STD) and the symptoms are now showing. If that be what's going on, you may very well have been contagious and have put her at risk. Colds, Flu and different sinus infections are all over the place right now. Go see your doctor and let them diagnose you before jumping to the STD conclusion over a bbj.

First thing you do that not to panic. It's already a flu and cold season. Temperature differences can cause these problems. If you really afraid you can go to urgent care or local county for std, they can shoot you with antibiotics. As long as you didn't have BBFS. You should be ok. After 3 weeks get all panel tests done for your piece of mind.

Go to stdcheck.com. Pay for a ten panel screening at $200 or go to the free clinic at the county health department. Note they don't check incurable viral STIs except HIV.

Some STIs have 6 weeks to show in tests. Doesn't mean you don't have something. At least one can hit you in a day or two.

I believe Wayne county has a testing center. Don't think you need insurance and can pay cash. Not sure if they need an I'd. But they see this all the time. Or go call urgent cares to see who can draw blood in house.
