I have heard of Lucy at F&C for some time. Then while researching, I see besides Maria there are a few reports of a Lucy at CKB. Is that correct or were the reports confused. Would not be surprised if this place is on the radar. Over three months or so I have been by the place 4 times. Each time I was there at different times of day and evening.

I saw the same person, about 5'10 or so, Caucasian or Hispanic, shorter and thick dark hair and dark framed glasses. Twice he was parked out front in a dark colored SUV. These were the times I was checking the place out.
