The providers need to rotate to keep the idea of scarcity in their home market. I know a gorgeous NYC based provider, she has her flow in NYC, but it goes stale with her being too available in her home market. I fully agree with using local agencies and / or local independents who have good reviews. And by local agencies I mean the ones that have this as their primary location or one of only a few cities.
