Three Arrested in Benzie Co. Prostitution Ring Bust

A prostitution ring has been busted in Benzie County.
It all started when two people called the police after getting stuck on the road on a snowy night.
Last month Benzie deputies helped a man and woman from Muskegon out of a ditch.
It was the middle of the night and deputies say they were acting suspicious.
They were arrested after deputies searched their phones.
The Benzie County Sheriff's Office tells us they arrested three people for being involved.
Last month deputies and the Traverse Narcotics Team arrested.
He's accused of hiring a prostitute and using a computer to commit a crime.
Investigators then arrested a woman accused of prostitution and a Muskegon man they found with her.
The man faces multiple charges, including accepting money for prostitution services.
Deputies say they also found a hammer on him that he told them he keeps for protection.
