Been passing by this area for years, for the new people going around there beware. Lotta theives around this stroll. Be safe and smart. Few good ones but I would say the chance is 50/50, mostly strung out crackheads.

Did you see the ones on Rosie and in the 80's on the corner that stand out like a sore thumb. The other day I as driving down to see and notice LEO in front of me in a undercover car. I was behind and once they hit that spot, they blow up the siren just to scare them and they ran like roaches, lmao!! It was so funny and LEO just kept driving.

Aight! Figured you'll know. I remember you were in Elmhurst so figured you're in the loop. I was too. But now in BK so I haven't been able to go out there so much. It's easy to stop by on my way home. Wife can't question me there. But being in Brooklyn, she is like dude what's taking you so long to come home. LOL.

I've found that performance has nothing to do with price — once deal is brokered they go into performance mode and they are either good at it or they are not. If you offer 40 they consider it an insult and I think they would rather starve than lose face by accepting it IMHO.

Some of them moved around roosey and others moved further down main st around 38th ave.
