Wow, things have changed
If they are actually getting those rates, then things have changed a lot on the west coast in the past year or two since I was there. As recently as 2-3 years ago people were upset that $300 was the new standard for the popular providers. Everyone was used to $240-260 as the upper rate. Hey thanks for the insight, I agree that there are absolutely other reasons for them not coming here but I will say this.
