We all have different backgrounds, experiences and expectations.

On the provider side it is probably hard to deliver your A game every time.

Last time I was there she was telling me she DID her professor from you of L. And that her didn't recognize her as his student. She said he was pissed she didn't tell him first because he could get in a shit load of trouble. LOL.
