When I arrived it took at least 15 min to just find a place to park, fail #1.

From what I've been reading about the AMPs in NoVA, it seems that they are very YMMV and are less likely to have a FS / GFE ending like in GB, which is pretty much a norm. Is that a fair assumption or is it more YMMV in NoVA?
