Original charge was possession of criminal tools. They seized by cell phone (burner and personal) took my work laptop, and impounded my car. While I sat in jail waiting for the wife to bail me out they added the charge of loitering to engage. Judge dropped criminal tools. Loitering stuck.

Yes it went to trial. As that was my argument to my wife. A massage. She knew better but went along with it anyways.

I believe it basically boils down to this. There is the law LEO and courts are supposed to follow. Some do. But the majority of those who work in the system do whatever they feel is just or whatever they can get away with. And odds are they will get away with it. It's an extremely biased and unfair system. It is a very corrupt system that you can be forced to interact with whether you are innocent or not. All professions have their good and bad apples. I know there are some good people that work in the professions listed. I know there are some a-holes too. As Street said, "stay off their radar".

Questions referring to what an uncle can do or not, often come up. I know of a couple of cases where he has no case to stand on, but the girls are none-the-wiser as is, sad to say, their representation. And, guys the same. But those are after the fact. The questions asked, that I refer to, are seemingly to head off any necessity for any level of representation. It defines sexual contact as any touching of an erogenous zone of another, including without limitation the thigh, genitals, buttock, pubic region, or, if the person is a female, a breast, for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying either person.

One may solicit another for any of what is defined in 2907.01 all day longlegally. You can legally walk up to a looker at your favorite watering hole and outright ask if she would like to.
