My recent experience has been like that. They respond with rates, like $120 HH, $200 Hr, and some are really clear about what that includes (BBBJ, FS, etc). I have not used email, but by SMS text to their phone, I get those details. Next they send the address but withhold the room number, and ask you to text when you are there, then they give the room number last.
