Keep in mind the east side is where you have a fair number of gangbangers, shootings, and murders. Even though I've boinked girls in homes in the area, when you get to know the inside scoop of what goes on, you'll be extra careful. I know stories of people being jumped and robbed. Some rules I try to follow:

Ask if anyone else is there. If so, very strongly consider not going. Oftentimes girls will lie to get you there. Once you're inside and realize people are there, she'll try to play it off. "Oh, that's just my sister / brother. " What that often means is that's her fellow hooker or dope boy.

If you don't detect anyone, ask if she minds if you look around. I'll check rooms, showers, closets, etc. If you encounter someone while you open a closet and are face to face, keep in mind that may be game over.

If she doesn't lock and deadbolt the door once you're inside, do it yourself. If she's truly not expecting anyone, she won't mind. Check the back door, too.
