I have used their services. Issue is you can't ask what is allowed and what isn't or this "chloe" will be nasty over text. Between my friend and I we had about 3 different girls and ok experiences. I've used the agency before but "Chloe" is a pain in the a $$ to deal with. I saw one girl, then the next night he would text me if I was going to see her and that I should stop wasting their time. Then if you email / text Chloe about someone they would just bombard you with messages asking if you are going to see them or not, and berate you if you don't.

Well never heard of those pornstars. The known ones charge no less than 800 hr. Your talking about b type pornstars or very little known ones and they are not pornstars like Kaden Kole or Amy Anderssen. Never heard of Rio Blaze or Ardenna.

Nope. There are a lot of "known" stars who charge around $500 or less if you book them outside an agency. Amy used to charge $500/ hr. I'm not sure about her current rate.

BTW, many of those that book for $800-1000 independently (not through an agency) can probably be negotiated down to $500 or so after a first date. If you're not a jerk to them, anyway.

You have misinterpreted the legislations. "Decriminalizing" something is not the same as legalizing it.

What "decriminalization" means is prostitutes won't go to jail. It means that police won't engage in stings to arrest prostitutes. However, that won't stop police from arresting johns. That's absolutely not true. There was a list that floated around TER for years of pornstars and amateur pornstars / models who booked dates for less than $300. I think I still have that list somewhere. And there are still plenty of porn stars out there who book for $500 or less.
