Unfortunately, there is no magic formula. Some providers are great at responding, and will usually respond within seconds, to a half hour to an hour depending on whether they're seeing a monger at the time, and will do same day and / or last minute appointments. Others will chat with you and let you set something up in advance. I prefer the latter type as they seem to be more organized and are better providers, while the ones that won't even text back about setting up an appointment for tomorrow are usually high traffic and the session will most likely be rushed.

I have experienced the same situation innumerable times, likely everyone else here has as well. It comes with the hobby. I learned to not let it get to me. Some girls are wonderfully sweet and easy to work with, while some behave like used salesmen.
