I also tip the same way. A lot of them are trained to asked for more. They will say, " you are so cheap" "customers usually give me more" or they will say no. If you hold your line they will change their mind and will take your offer. But the secret is to be nice to them and treating them Well. Not only you will get the " extra " but more. I have gotten so much for the standard finish. Lots of roaming and introduction of the girls and kitty. I always leave with a smile. Hold the line. The tip guideness is a fair one.
