I do gamble and I tend to be very lucky. Clever? I just thought very fast on my feet and kept my cool which is something every SD should figure out how to do, because we are all just one date away from something crazy like this happening.

I think the reason the cops did no follow-up was because there was no complaint. She wasn't complaining and there was no evidence of foul play in the hospital exam. Plus I seemed to be a good citizen with no record and my story seemed credible, if a bit bizarre on her part. Maybe they pulled the tape on the security camera at the gas station. if so, they would have seen that what I told them was exactly what happened. Whatever. But I was SO relieved that they just dropped the whole thing.

While she couldn't remember the date she certainly remembered me. We had met on a previous occasion for coffee. And she had remembered me in connection with the hotel but no details. They don't exactly share any of the details, but obviously there was no bruising or trace of me in her or there may have been a different outcome. I was covered and it was clearly consensual. Besides, she didn't share anything about our tryst either because she didn't want to let anyone know or couldn't remember. She was not after me; she didn't even know if I had her stuff, just that it was missing and she couldn't remember anything other than that she recalled being at the hotel. I was released without incident and nothing bad ever happened from this, but it was enough of a scare to remind me that anything is possible and that you need to be very very VERY careful out there my brothers!

This whole game is a crapshoot, even when one frequents the pros or AMPs, ya just never know how the day is going to unfold. I'm guessing you're not married or you were on travel or something.

I have no SO now which makes being a SD a whole lot easier. However, at the time this incident happened I did have a live-in SO. Fortunately for me she was in the hospital when this happened. I can't even imagine the story I would have to have concocted to explain why I was out all night, let alone if there was any police interaction to have to explain and the specific circumstances therefrom!

The one I used was called docusearch. It was quite a while ago, but I got an account, and I paid the $40 w / a prepaid debit card, I wouldn't use it otherwise, so no breadcrumbs. You have to swear that it is for some lawful purpose, but no problemo. I got two different girls real identity from that. YMMV though.

Regarding you and the other poster, a car parked on private property without a plate should not be any violation of anything. However, this all depends on your particular jurisdiction, and YMMV. I usually remove the plate at some nearby secluded spot, then roll up to the location. Also, this is only essential for the M&G when you don't know what's waiting for you. If you've developed some trust w / the SB, you can skip it I guess. However, IK that for $40 there is a website that can give me full name and address for any US license plate, and SBs can figure this out too. If you have been keeping your sugar identity w / a SB for a while, she might get curious about you, I read about it here.

I know of some people who have a James Bond plate flipper, w / a second plate on the other side. However, I would be more worried about the SO seeing the plate flipper. I used to have a fake plate I put on when w / SBs, but the SO possibly finding that also flipped me out. In CA, there are lots of newly purchased cars w / o plates, the seller just puts an adhesive envelope on the inside windshield w / paperwork, so a lack of plates doesn't alarm the gendarmes.
