Your ignorance is astounding. I won't address every point but: there is no known medication that will hide HIV from tests, especially the DNA, PCR test. That's one of the reasons it's a standard in the industry. Also, two week old tests *are* new: it takes time for the virus to take hold in the body. The so-called "test window" which depends on the testing method. The PCR test is the quickest and will detect the virus in two weeks. So, a two-week old test is as "new" and "recent" a result as you're likely to get from current medical science using the PCR test. But you should be aware that it can take as long as 3 months to test positive once exposed to the virus if you use tests like the rapid antibody test which is the test that most clinics use because it's cheaper.
