Welcome to the USASG NoVA forums, Powercho. When one is new to this hobby, many things can seem imposing or intimidating at first. But, once you get into the swing of things, that will fade. So, let me offer a couple points to help, since you're new here.

(1) Before you venture out to partake in the hobby, take the time to read through the posts that members here have put up over the past 12 months. I know that sounds like a lot of work and a lot of possibly tiresome reading, but I can assure you that you will gain a LOT of insights and good information by doing so. Remember, the amount of homework you do prior to 'recess" will greatly enhance your chances of having a good experience and will also minimize the chances that you'll have a negative experience (such as being overcharged, ripped off, or questioned by Uncle LEO). Besides, after you've read the posts going back 12 months, you'll also have a better feel for many of the members here, as well as A2's rules and such.

(2) There are many, many fish in the ocean of this hobby. That includes the one on the link you included in your post. While some folks "might" have some knowledge of her, be aware that she could be an unknown quantity and you might not receive any replies to your query.

(3) Many new members make the unfortunate mistake of asking for information before they've established their own bona fides.
