On the other hand I can think of better options for 0. 4 or 0. 6 more so not much of financial damage unless someone is attending few times a week. Security is somehow a concern with this place. As I mentioned door from the corridor was slightly open when I entered. Virtually anyone can walk in there from the street without announcing themselves. Since the spot has been around for years and virtually everyone knows about it I'm guessing people who control it may have some kind of deal with local authorities. Nevertheless I'm still not comfortable with this set up.

0. 6 is the bare minimum at 98 Mott. 0. 4 is if you just want just a HJ finish or you're just there for a quickie. Considering she didn't want you to CIP and you did it for only 0. 2 more due to her lack of English, you should consider yourself lucky that she didn't get upset and only made a face.
