You forgot to say is she not only apologized but offered to give you a cut-rate and do everything. People do make mistakes and this lady doesn't generally make them but she admitted it up front and offered to cut you a super deal to make up for it. I value my time too but all of us at some time have gotten caught in the crosshairs. I'm sorry you had this experience but I also wish you would mention she offered to reduce the price.
