    Me stopping the car

I just couldn't take it anymore.

If you want to continue spreading all this stupid mis-information then take it to the fight thread.

Otherwise you guys need to get back to talking about how to pay way too much money and get involved in way too much drama so you can pretend you're not a john for chicks that want to pretend they aren't hookers

[Deleted by Admin]When the head of the CIA can get caught, even though they were using an ingenious trick (merely writing draft messages but not sending them, on an account they both had access to), we're all at risk (admittedly, to the resources of the NSA). [Deleted by Admin]

That is your answer, when you're the head of the CIA and the FBI (deadly enemies of the CIA since WWII)
gets the sent of wrongdoing and can get the NSA looking at you, PLUS the chick you're banging is fucking stupid enough to send threatening emails from the same account in a word, you are FUCKED.

It's not so much that "when the head of the CIA can get caught" than it was "he got caught because he was the head of the CIA"

FFA, I AM the geek you're referring to, LOL. I do this stuff for a living. I don't know how SA knows what country your dialing in from, but a couple of possibilities come to mind: a) you didn't fully flush your browser cookies, or you did but SA could be using supercookies which are not easy to purge; or b) English and US are the defaults that SA assumes because that's where most of their customers are; or c) Maybe your Tor connection's exit point just happened to be located in the states. Test it by Googling geolocation or just go to iplocation dot net. It will tell you where you appear to be coming from.
I will give you the technical chops, but your logic here is faulty. No, it's not.

I have used at the suggestion of a brother the page IPChicken, and I can see that it shows the same today as a month ago. I am on a wifi network at home using a cable modem. If they aren't identifying me based on the IP address, the only other way they could do so would be the MAC address, yes? We need a geek / expert on this topic.

Regarding my posting of the URL for SA and my Tor dialog, I don't have an account on SA currently, so it *can't* know English and US based on my account. I was simply going to get on the site to create one.

In a google search bar type in what is my ip. Write it down. Unplug you modem and router go to bed, wake up, plug in modem, wait until you have an internet connection, plug in router, go to google type what is my ip. Should be different.

Most sites don't IP ban anymore due to IP6 to IP4 natting on mobile devices.

I'm watching but not unduly concerned with FOSTA/SESTA at this point. As written it would make FB and Google liable for the actions of their users, and how the fuck they ever expect to police overseas sites like ours is fucking beyond me. We have 2-300,000 visitors a day and BP has got to have 100X that. Are they going to incarcerate half the male population in the US?

I hope you're right A2. From what I'm reading, the focus of this legislation is prosecuting the johns. The sheer manpower required to prosecute tens of thousands would make it impractical, but on the other hand, all they have to do is prosecute one monger on federal charges and the rest of us would be too gun shy to even try, if that make sense.

Time will tell, I'm way ahead of the curve, I already have citizenship in another country.

It's worrying but there's still a ways to go and I'm putting the safety in numbers.

And stop worrying about MAC addresses. No website can "see" your PC's or firewall's MAC address. Only your ISP can and they can only see your firewall / router's MAC, not your PC's. Linking that info to the actual subscriber would be impossible without access to the ISP's connection logs.

    Thank you

If you're still resolute on anonymizing yourself further, then maybe you can a) Get a proxy+VPN server subscription based in another country, and b) get a burner phone with built-in tethering or a wireless brick (hotspot) which will get a different IP every time you power it up. Between these two, I think even the Feds would have a hard time finding you, LOL. (They could, but it would be verrrry difficult).

I believe every device that access the internet has an IP address that can be traced back to the individual. [Deleted by Admin]

    Yes, but mostly no.

Why would they spend that kind of money to get all those warrants (ALL those warrants) to find who was using a particular IP at a particular time on a particular device. It's possible but that's like finding a particular piece of straw in a really, really, REALLY big field.

While I agree, if the Feds are after you, they have much more in the way of resources and technology and an individual stands no chance. So IF the Feds want to find you, they can & will.

    [Deleted by Admin]

    No

It's not "the feds" it's the NSA and nothing, absolutely nothing any of you guys will ever do will get the lens of the NSA turned in your direction. If it ever is just die because there is nothing you can do. They already know everything about you, they just don't care because none of us are important.

No, you really don't understand how difficult it is to be identified by an IP address so please stop talking about it.

MAC address is used for local traffic. It doesn't traverse the internet.

If you're still determined to hide your IP, Google "Epic Privacy Browser", but SA or any site using javascript probably won't work properly.

SA may know your location and language based on your user profile.

Speaking of Feds, did everyone read about the new FOSTA / SESTA legislation? If I'm reading this correctly, not only will websites like this, SA and BP become illegal, but even visiting a site like BP or SA, even if one exists, e. G overseas, will become a federal crime. WTF? If that's the case, we've got a much bigger cluster fuck heading straight our way.

You can see that even though my signal is bouncing through 3 foreign countries before it gets to the SA server, it recognizes to use English and that I am in the US. Does that give anyone pause? Perhaps SA has been able to see us through Tor all along, and we are getting in a tiff for nothing about this. Just using a regular browser might be enough.

Are there any other ways to spoof your IP address? Is anyone concerned about their MAC address, and if so are they spoofing that as well?

My thoughts on this is that this is for the girls that want to keep a distance between you and their fun parts. It sounds awfully alluring but making all the pieces work is much more complicated. Both girls would have to be into you, and you'd have to be into both girls as well. The odds are slim and to me it seems like a way to collect M&G fees, free dinners, and keep everything nice and platonic. No thanks.

Think how much more complicated it is to make your move on two girls at once.

Anyone with a great experience is welcome to post it here.

In that instance the girls were open to meet together or separately. They said they didn't have much expendable income & since they have to pay for the site as well they were trying to save a little money by having a "joint account".
