Met this young thing the other day, and it was fairly good. She started out asking for $500 -$600 and I told her there were plenty of ladies to be had for $200. You can use that one vanilla MC. Just chose pay with PayPal, create an account and add that card to it.

If that doesn't work you can email support and they'll send you a page to write down card information, name, address, cell and email. Take a pic of it and email it back to them and they'll process it that way.
