Not true. While I now live in Tampa, I grew up in San Diego and go home often to see friends and family. I often pop over the border for some panocha while I am there.

Being I am getting old, I pretty much always go BBFS nowadays as I cannot finish in a condom. In my experience, Tijuana girls are much less likely to BBFS than girls in the states. My current batting average with US working girls is about 90%, with Mexican girls it is like 2%. Haven't been to tijuana in years but the bar girls are licensed and checked so probably safer to BBFS down there then here.
