I'm not trying to put words in anyone's mouth (or post) but I think he's just saying the lady in question has rates above his budget and he wouldn't be comfortable giving out that info even if he wanted to pay her high donation rates.

I feel as if I should clarify my position so that there's no more needless talk about references and things like that. I absolutely understand why an escort would want to know who was coming to see her, especially if it's like "Is this guy a criminal?" Safety is great for both sides because then meetings are more relaxed.

That being said, I'm a private person, and giving out information on where I work, where I live, and things like that are just too personal for me.
