I may be overly selfish; but here's my baseline.

If you have not contributed to this forum with actual reviews, please do not expect me to reply back to you with contact details / digit of UTR / provider.

I respect fairness - "give and take" in this society.

I do not want to be a gate-keeper; but please be discreet about any details you get via PM.

And please respect both sides. Mongers and providers / UTRs.

I got burned a couple of times; and lost some of good UTRs.

I often receive PMs saying, ". Have this UTR; will give you contact details if you give me her details". Well, if you want to fair exchange, please "give out" your details first.

Again, I often do not receive any details of UTRs in return.

Not because I expect "return"; but some of you mentioned in PM and offering. But never follow up your own words!
