Saw at least 4 new girls around (new to me), not 100% sure if they're working but dimes to dollars say they are.

Based on the info provided here, it's hard to rule in or out the Carmen that posts on BP (see link below). She is Asian-American and does have a blue tank top she likes to wear. Friday evening I went out & there were several out & about, along with a lot of LE including foot patrol on Appleton & their feet were very active. They were questioning a couple of the girls, writing down notes & stopped several guys on foot doing the same, lots of patrol & unmarked cars out also.
