And for a moment you might think something real, can come of it as then reality of your age kicks in. And then the twenty something you've become attached is there and then you'll wake up and realize too much of your life has gone by and it isn't happening. A true defining moment of something "bitter sweet" But my brothers, that can be internally painful to realize when you have some starry eyes beauty wanting future plans with you, who will suck the cum out of every night and you have to face reality, in a few years, you'll be knocking on deaths door and she will just be beginning her life. It's a tough pill to swallow. Trust me.

So my advise, work very hard to keep the feelings at bay and if you sense them coming on. RUN, no matter how good she is.

If you know how to play this game, it can be the most rewarding experiences of you life as a man. It can take you back and let you see how you could have and maybe should have done things. It will make you think you can win over beautiful 20-something women and awe them, but at the end of the day, it will forever remain bitter sweet. So learn how to deal with all that before you start getting serious with any of these women.

I completely relate to, and agree with, much of what you've said. So many of my encounters quickly turn into a situation where they are sizing me up for some sort of longer-term relationship. For many of them, finding a SD who is also a legitimate boyfriend that's successful enough to keep them comfortable is a dream come true. Some girls are prone to fall into the "love river" and get swept away more easily than others. Some are plain unrepentant gold diggers.

The one part I would have to beg to differ on (or at least elaborate on) is where you said it's no longer possible to return to age-appropriate relationships after playing in the bowl. Whether or not that is possible is a simple matter of how we handle addictions as individuals.

I only dabble in the bowl when I'm traveling or the SO is traveling, so I only get a few weeks per year of bowl time. It doesn't take much for addiction to set in. However there is inevitably a point where I need to snap out of it. I have to if I want to keep my existing relationship. For almost every addiction I've encountered in life, I have found it takes approximately 3-4 weeks of abstinance to fully return to the "desired state" of not craving the addiction. So, for those of who believe that there is no hope of shaking the addiction, I would just say that if you're serious in that belief and it bothers you, then take a month off, cold turkey. Same goes to those who feel they are spending too much money on the hobby, or that their relationship with family or friends is being neglected or suffering as a result of their SD lifestyle. Take one month off where you don't spend a dime on an SB. You don't even have to burn bridges or delete contacts of POTS, just back off the communication with them (tell them you have to deal with work related issues and you'll get back to them when things cool down). If they continue to send nude pics and things that keep luring you back, just keep in mind that the types that will do that are still going to be available in a month or two, so just tell her nice pics and you'll talk to her soon. If you have too many contacts and cannot shake the temptation they are sending your way, you may have to truly go dark, change your burner phone number or whatever in order for this technique to work for you.

If you go 2 weeks and are thinking "this isn't working", you're completely missing the point. If you quit most activity, but continue to bang one or two regulars during this "rehab" period, you're missing the point. If you continue to surf the SD sites and contact girls during this time, you're missing the point.

The point is to completely separate yourself from the addiction for a period of one month. It will take at leat that long before your brain is able to regain control over your dick. One month is the approximate period of time that most people need to adjust to changes or withdrawal from psychological addictions.

If the one-month abstinence technique fails you, you may be more addiction prone than the average person or you may not have been diligent enough in actually disconnecting. Try longer periods of time (6-8 weeks) or more drastic means of going dark.

If you're one of the lucky ones who is unconcerned about the addiction (I. E. You have no real world relationship to try to maintain, relationships with friends and family are fine and in tact, and you have the disposable income to maintain your habits without concern about future retirement goals), then I would say don't worry about any of it. The above advice is only for those who feel they aren't fully in control of their habit or hobby. If you feel like conceding that escaping the bowl is not possible, and life can never return to normal, it's a sure sign you would benefit from a month off.

Play in the bowl --never let the bowl play you.

In other words flat rate or metered billing? .

I always pay per date unless I have already been seeing the person for at least 6 months and even then depending. I only have one girl on a guaranteed allowance at this time. But we live together so thats a little bit different.
