The short answer is they can't specify per date expectation on SA which is what I usually use. The longer answer is that I have had a few that say (prior to meeting) something like "so how much is my allowance?" And I immediately identify them as a problem child and I won't deal with them.

There are a lot of girls that never get passed the initial e-mail conversation with me. I try to filter out the ones that will be a pain in the ass or lead nowhere. Is this your preferred age range? Typically women in the 30 something range seem to have a higher demand. There has been some speculation on here as to the psychology of that, maybe its as simple as they are in a place in their lives where $100 is just not going to make as much of a difference as it does for a 22 year old. I have gone back and forth on this and have had success (and failure) both ways. I find a lot of times if I ask them for their expectations I don't get a straight answer, and when I do it's ridiculous. At that point it's difficult to get her down off the limb to a sane amount. If they don't give me a number then I throw mine out, if its not in her range I politely disengage. I have had a couple re-think things after that and come back to my number.

Currently I am throwing out my number in the first letter up front.
