FMPD is all over the FM41 area. I saw blue lights flashing in three different areas while other patrol cars were lurking in the dark. It seems they're doing some sort of operation.

LEO continues to watch drug house on Broadway.

NBC2 had an article explaining why parts of the Broadway neighborhood are solely under LCSO's jurisdiction. It's because pockets in the area were neverincorporated under the city. Lurker has made mention of this arrangement, but I never understood it til now.

Streets seem to have mostly gone dead lately. It seems like this happens around this time each year. I can only attribute it to snowbirds who take girls in for a while til they get fed up with their drug habit. Or I could be totally wrong.

Took a drive to nfm around 1 pm. On the first pass I spotted Katie reviewed by me last April #1200 sitting at her same bench. Stopped she got in and we went to the house she uses. I spied a tall super skinny BSW corner of grand and brahman around noon. I assume its the skinny one Lima posted about. I have wanted to pick up a BSW for a while, as I haven't seen one around in the last few years. Headed out to NFM around 3.00 pm saw nothing for a half hour. If they are walking quickly, they're dressed nice, they're wearing make-up, and / or they're busy laughing while gabbing on the phone, that's probably not a walker. Then again, it could be.
