Went to Lowell last night got there around 1115. There was nothing, and I mean not one soul. I drove up and down westford and nothing. Went up Appleton and saw an unmarked with LE in it. I saw another marked car up the street with tinted windows but I could see the computer through the window. I have a theory that I want to share. This may be nothing new, but my theory is they are videotaping these areas. I think that they sit in the car watch us videotape for a while and view the tapes to study them so they know when the best time to go out is.
