Yeah I do have an idea what they go through its not about the money its about us putting our lives in danger for a piece of ass I have 1st hand experience with that so acting like mr save a hoe doesn't work in this game all I meant is that the robbing of clients they are going to f with the wrong one I had a boyfriend come out at me from the closet and trying to flex on me he failed so we go to see these providers for a service and trying to rob someone because their life is fucked up then they wouldn't be doing this but there is girls that know and like what they do and rob clients is wrong and there is no excuse for it so saying some dumb shit to a member on here is a piss poor and maybe you should get out of the game and let the real men play as always be safe.

It's easy for us to say get help, check into a program. Try not breathing for 30 minutes, that's what it would be like for an addict to give up drugs. No it's not impossible but it does seem that hard when you're an drug addict.
Mainly it's resources they lack and awareness of the programs out there.

Yes there are programs they can get into right away but they are shitty ones like SHAR or QBH where the staff hit on them constantly and dealers are right outside the building. Good programs like Lighthouse or Clearview that accept medicaid have been hammered by covid. Pretty sure Lighthouse is shut down for new intakes.

Agree, the state funded programs aren't near as good as paid, but it's better than nothing.
The wait at Sacred Heart depends on what facility. Almost all are short beds due to covid.

The length of stay depends on what insurance / medicaid program will pay for. Although extensions can be had.

Almost all of the rehabs receive some state or federal funding in the form of grants. The local organization such as DWIHN for Wayne County awards such funding. Some rehabs are better than others at obtaining public funding.

I think the point is to stop apologizing for thieves. That kind of thing should be deterred no matter how bad the person's life is.

That could be their final karma.

Friends of mine used the "hope not handcuffs". They help regardless of any situation. Whether your in trouble with law or not. It came as a recommendation and she swears these people helped make the difference.

Agree completely. Most have no support system whatsoever. Often it was one mistake in trying some substance that led to a an addition and a cascade of more bad choices. Or no choice at all. We all of us take for granted our good health, steady income, safe home, reliable personal transportation, available and affordable healthcare, etc.

I was pulling out the money to show her I had it with the intent to tell her I'm good for it and wasn't going to give it to her yet. If she wanted it, then I would have told her to get naked first. Regardless, she was right next to me and snatched it from my hand (lesson learned not to be too close). I said "hey", what are you doing" and she said she had to use the bathroom really quick. Right then I knew there will be a problem. She was in there for a very long time and their trick is to hope we leave. I opened the room door then closed it. She exited the bathroom and was surprised I was still there. Then she walked out and went to another room and never returned. I remained in the room for awhile and gathered some of her belongings and took them when I left. Plus she had some bills in a drawer which I took.

    Watch out for this one.
