Did a little recon on the R this morning (10ish) heading southbound. Saw a WSW about a block south of 7, talking to what I thought was a monger from the driver side right at the intersection. Strolled through Michigan and Tele from 1 am to 4:30 am. Nothing on Tele on the first pass through, ran through to Michigan and Fort. Uncle Leo was everywhere and I do mean everywhere on the ave.
