I like your post. But, where or which Victory Inn are you referencing? The one at US12 and US24? Or, is there one on US12 near 94 just outside the Detroit City line? One of the things i look for when cruising is decoys dont seem to walk up and down the street they seem to just stand on the corner and most your swer's seem to walk up and down the ave. I don't know this for sure but i dont think a decoy can be on private property when they try and entrap you, just like if a cop is parked on private property they are not supposed to hide on private property and try to catch you speeding. I thought maybe my lack of finding what I would consider a decent gal might be the time I was looking. I know it might seem like a fucked up thought process, but I would think that if the DPD had time to sit and look for speeders and johns, they might want to redirect their efforts on the people who are killing people.
