If he saw me drive by on Oakwoood he'd wave me over and tell me that Jessie would be "back in a few minutes"! Most times both of them were on bike. I picked her up at that apartment building a few times, too.
Jessie always looked good and her hygiene was always good to very good. And she always did a nice job with no drama. Sorry to say but the last time I visited her was about 7 years ago and my guess would be that time hasn't been kind to her because time is never kind to these girls (even though I never saw any signs of drug use, nor was she ever her high or nodding off when I was with her).
