Said she was 21 (or was is 19.) she could have been either. Also hard to tell as she had a bandage over the bridge of her nose. I didn't ask about it. Also, forgot to ask for digits. Also, also, did not see any LEO the whole time, though I didn't make it up to their hiding spots north of 8.

But this is real spotty just happen to be driving through. Plus imo cops have less ground to cover and I think it is more risky. I would think the better the neighborhood the more complaints will be called in and that activity will be less tolerated than Detroit.
