You will have to appear in court. However in order to prosecute you the "SW" will also have to be in court to testify. The typically try to scare you into a plea agreement and a fine as most people don't know that the SW has to come to court, and getting them to court unless they are already locked up doesn't happen.

The cops said I picked up a hooker cuffed me put me in the car let her go towed my truck then let me go with a court date went down to Detroit no court just to pay the fine then I had to get my truck and pay towing and storage fee's all together it was just under 2,000.00 so when a SW tells you its ok I know that cop went to school with him keep going. Fast Oh BTW after I got popped and was in a cab (this happened on fort) going home that same SW was back in the same spot where I scooped her they use them for bait. If I hear a SW voice you can almost bet what she is saying is a big LIE. Be safe and enjoy your hunt.

I was on woodward and needed gas today. Hit GPS for a Marathon station (fleet card) and ended up at JR and 6 mile. As I'm pumping fuel a girl propositions me and I ask her name and its the Fatima I've heard of many times here. I can't take the risk of picking her up (more of a massage parlor guy) but gave her a few dollars as it was bitty cold. Cold, snowy day driving up Chalmers between Whittier and Harper recently just before noon and there's this decent-looking WSW with long, wavy blonde hair.
