(I believe). I heard another report that an additional burned body was found the next day in the hood near Fenkel and Telegraph. Per a Gratiot gal, LEO's midnight shift is a lot more lenient than day shift. The shift change is at 7. I've had decent luck at 6-7 if I check down the side streets.

Cruised the triangle around noon. There was actually quite a bit of activity. A short slim blond and red-head were hanging out on GR two streets west of Tele. I almost picked up the blond but decided to recon a bit longer. On my second pass through the blond and red-head disappeared, but happened across Toni.
