I was out on Monday, and not much happening on the are. This was around midnight. I went over to JC, and there were three or four out and about. I got my sleep screwed up Thursday and was out cruising around 3 in the morning. There was nothing happening on the are, but there were a couple out on JC. I did a couple of laps, but there seemed to be a more thugs around than usual, too. I went back to the are, and still nothing. So I went back to JC, and the street was practically empty.
