The early AM news on CH-4 had a report of a prostitution sting on Vernor, where they caught a guy yelling at thier decoy that he was a cop, and to get off the steets. The decoy was trying to catch someone and so she ignored, until they could bring LEO around to help her out. The guy had a loaded DPD issue gun, and some real badges and stuff, but he was an imposter, and they took him in.

Depends on how much of a hardass negotiator you are. :) Some guys around here make a sport of lining up $10 dates, but realistically you'll need to offer more than that. Most negotiations in my experience start @ $20 for BBJs and vary widely based on the stroll (e.g. Telegraph is probably most expensive, Brightmoor is cheaper, etc.)

I did pick up some streets after reading 10+ pages.
Looks like John R between the # Mile roads is one place I should look at.
It will only be one night in the Detroit neighborhood so I don't think I'll get the time to look at more than a couple of streets.
I am looking at about 11 PM -Midnight. So is that a good hour to hunt around the streets when you take into account the availability of SW's at that hour of the night?
Also, having a buddy on the passenger seat and me driving a car going to create problems in picking up SW's? I doubt they would approach us if there were 2 of us in the car.

Did a drive thru of the Triangle yesterday while on the way to an appointment around 3 or 4. Saw no activity on Grand River at all. Saw a heavyset familiar wsw in front of the Victory notel on Telegraph. Not walking, just standing. Saw a new (to me) wsw (maybe a 6) just south of Six Mile on Telegraph walking north on the east side of the street. Didn't get the look but I was on the wrong side of the street.

It's a good time to check for SWs. But it's also a good time to get pulled over for LIPIO (loitering in place of illegal occupation). Just drive at a normal pace, don't turn down side streets. Turn around in gas station parking lots. When you spot a prospect, then, and only then, turn down a side street.
And watch out for Uncle LEO in unmarked cars, too. That stroll is crawling with SWs, and with LEO.
