Long time lurker, fist time poster. It's been decades since I've been strip clubs on this side of the border. Wifey wants to give me BJ in a strip club but won't go to TJ. Lots of different places depending on what you want.
The locale option is Thads and they have a stripper pole near the bar. You will have a bunch of single guys looking on though.
Other option would be a so-called "jack shack. " Last one in SD was Fantasy Shots. There might be similar places in different parts of the country though.

I'm no expert on Thad's, but I noticed couples rule there. When you go as a couple there is much more opportunity for fun.
There may not be "eye candy" like at a strip club, but you'll have opportunity to be an exhibitionist, or to hook up with other couples. And some women do dance at the pole and you'd be welcome to let the wife suck you during the "show. ".

Not trying to argue but in the strictest sense a swing club does not allow single guys. I suppose that since single guys are not allowed in the upstairs area and have a different pricing structure it certainly has elements of a swing club.

Regarding your first question. Back in my Cheetah days, I used to negotiate $120 for 7 dances. The standard is $100 for 5 dances. In my opinion, anything beyond that is a diminishing return if you are going to spend more on an individual lady. By that point, it's better to start burning money on another lady.
If you have $500 to burn at a strip club, I would strongly advice you to bring your business to Hong Kong instead. You get a lot more for your dollar down there, including getting laid.
Regarding your second question, if I were to play the Cheetahs game, I would be content with the lady's charming personality, engaging conversation, hot and sexy lap dance moves, and second base action. I find the issue of testing irrelevant. The ladies in TJ have to be tested within a certain time interval as required by the law.
