Last Saturday night while in the Triangle I noticed a lot of unusual police activity. Police vehicles turning on the flashing lights, zooming around for a block or two then turning their lights off. In all I'd estimate five police vehicles participated. I tried following them in hopes of witnessing crime being solved but they were speeding and driving randomly, almost recklessly and carelessly but who's to say. I think they were out to scare people. Fear the crime fighters. May head out again soon.

The hotel on GR was the same way except the neighbors behind it raised hell and that put an end to that. Since both those hotels no longer welcome pimps / dealers and their crews the area has pretty much died out.
