After being stuck in Saginaw for a few weeks, hit Chalmers, mcNichols, and john are strolls 2 days in a row and got nothing. Haven't seen a single worthwhile SW, just a tranny on harper and the crypt keeps auntie on mcnichols. I know things get light near the beginning and end of month, bu never seen things this dry.

When she first got out there she had a touch of GPS. First it was CBJ then BBJ but no CIM, but that didn't last long. When I was busted in 2015, Rachel (a 'real hooker' who I had had several times previously) was suddenly all cleaned up and standing by the German restaurant just North of McNichols on that side street just off of the Are. If police just want to maximize the deterrence, being very visible is better than hiding where nobody can see them. 50 cars driving by a visible police car deters 50 drivers from picking up anyone in the area.

It's the vehicle seizure unit and OTE is Offer to Engage. I've heard it a few times. I've also heard dispatch reminding marked cars to avoid the area of state fair and the are because of an OTE operation. They don't want marked cars scaring anyone off. Vehicle seizure generates a lot of income for Wayne County.

Was by the Triangle last night and saw activity for the first time in a while. Three girls up by GR. Two had guys hanging around them, but they were def working.
