That's why it's imperative to know the laws and RECORD everything. Just don't be one of those people who refuse and say "I Know my rights". There are tactful methods to use while letting them know they are wrong. Yet, obey what they say then nail them in court via attorney, if needed.

They want to make it tough because they know the mindset is most will not hire an attorney to fight their bogus arrests. They will pay to get it gone and forgotten. That's the money grab. I refuse to allow it and will always fight. Others will have to do what's best for them.

I stand behind what I say. That charge is purely illegal and the court relies on people simply accepting it and paying the fines because they don't know the laws. The only problem is, one would still have to pay an attorney but I'd rather do tat and shove it to the city, than let them get away with it. More fights to them will mean they straighten up. Be very careful on Michigan Avenue watched a sting operation in full effect. 2 decoys one Hispanic looking bbq and one slim white gal both almost TGTBT. Had AA guy keeping a close watch on them. Watched from across the street just west of the chicken place and funeral home. Several cars approached girls and each were pulled over on the side street.

Played golf in Ypsilanti yesterday. On the way back I went down Michigan Ave from the split to 275. Nada.

Then I went to Warrendale where there might have been 3 girls working.

One was a kook aid pink haired girl, 30 ish, chubby with cars bearing crashing into each other to get down the side street where she was standing. Once I circled back she was gone.

Next was what looked like an older (late 30's) gal with what I can only describe as the grey skunk stripe surrounded by reddish hair. She was sitting with a couple of guys and she didn't seem interested in anything so I passed.

The black girl at Southfield and Warren was flying a sign. She might have been working but pass.

Might have been a thick black gal big tiddies and bootay walking south on evergreen. Passed 3 times and she didn't look up so I figured she was not working or not interested.

Moved on to the Ave and near Livernois there was an older (40) white gal who had guys swerving everywhere. I heard one scream from his car if she was working and she said yes. Not my type. Pass.

Went home.
