I think I saw her too on Thursday around 1pm she had on a blue top, jeans, heels, long hair and was carrying a big purse. I couldnt tell for sure if she was working because she didnt give the look to any cars and she looked kinda annoyed.

One of several reasons I only use my car or a place I have rented for the night.

Took the stroll along John R. this morning.

Nothing going on.

Must have been the rain.

Cruised the Cass Ave stroll before and after a meeting I had downtown. The night cruise at 9:30pm had more action. Temple Road was the area that was poppin. Saw 4 white girls and 5 black girls. One of the black girls had ridiculously short booty shorts and she was a thick girl. I did slow roll a few of them, but nothing particuliarly worth unlocking my doors for.

Also cruised Michigan ave around 4pm. Saw a really nice young medium build, brunette wearin a teal dress and sunglasses. Damn she looked hot, but obviously stumbling around from something. I rated her a 8.5, but I was on way downtown. I will look for this one tomorrow and will scoop 4 sure.

Want to confirm that Heather is still around in my dreams. Dreamt I've seen her 4 times now. Had FS for $40 at her location twice.

I was at work last night and things were slow so I had another opportunity to cruise these areas for most of the night. Pretty much between midnight and one thirty there wasn't anything decent out walking around. I didn't see anything above a five. I made a few pit stops by a house where I know a solid eight lives but for three nights in a row I honk an no one comes out. I made it over by Dearborn after two and there were a couple of girls out in front of the Citgo but they werent worth a second look. I got onto Jeffereson and took jefferson all the way to Junction and made my way back to fort street. On fort street I saw nothing. It was getting close to three am And I hit woodmere. There seemed to be a lot of people trolling the area and I still didn't see anything worth picking up. I went out of my way a bit and went to fort street and outer drive and then took a cruise up and down oakwood. I only saw one girl on oakwood, she may have looked alright but by the time I got turned around she was gone. Around four I stopped by the house again and honked and again nothing. A little before five o clock I spotted a couple of quality looking girls. One was on vernor right near springwells and the other wasn't too far away on pitt and vernor. I circled aound and went for the girl on pitt. As I drove to find a spot to park I noticed a good amount of activity on vernor and woodmere. I ended up settling for a BBBJ finish by hand. I remember in the dream she started off our conversation with "what is the maximum you are going to spend?". That should have tipped me off but like I said I was dreaming and not paying that close of attention.

I have mounted many overnight recon campaigns in the Vernor, Woodmere, Fort with results similar to what MadHumper reports. Things quiet down after 2:00 am. I noticed that at about 5:00 AM there is a bolus of 5-10 scale SWs let off in the vicinity of Woodmere and Vernor.

They disperse from that point to the rest of the W V area. Authorities allege that while the prostitution network operated in the Jersey City area, the women forced to work in Brown's "stables" came from cities throughout the state, including Camden and Atlantic City, and from across the Delaware River in Philadelphia.

The women allegedly were induced to use heroin and cocaine, and were then beaten or denied drugs if they failed to meet a daily financial quota in the sex trade.

The indictment formalized charges leveled against Brown nearly a year ago when he was arrested as part of "Operation Red Light," a joint investigation by the Division of Criminal Justice and Jersey City police.

He has been held in the Hudson County Jail on $325,000 bail.

"XXXXXXXXXXX enslaved vulnerable young women in a living hell of addiction and prostitution, controlling them with narcotics, threats and beatings," Attorney General Anne Milgram said in a news release announcing the indictment.

The women were kept in "stables," investigators said, houses that Brown maintained. They were unable to leave and were strung out on narcotics supplied by Brown and his associates. Brown, they said, controlled the women by exploiting their addictions.

The women were then driven to "tracks" - motels or street corners - where they were required to meet a daily quota that ranged from $500 to $1,000.

If they did not make the quota, authorities allege, the women were beaten, denied drugs, and forced to stay on the streets until they made the money.

Brown, who faces more than 20 years in prison, was charged with racketeering, human trafficking, money laundering, and nearly a dozen other lesser offenses.

Six others, including his mother, a nephew, and a niece, were charged with related offenses.

Among other things, the indictment alleges that Brown laundered more than $500,000 through one of his mother's bank accounts.

At the time of his arrest last year, authorities said Brown operated a stable in an upscale condominium on Newark Bay in the Society Hill section of Jersey City.

Police also seized several vehicles as part of the investigation, including a Rolls Royce, a Cadillac DeVille, and a Hummer.[/quote]
